At Peacesake, we believe in slow mornings and stress-free shopping. We work hard to ensure your favorite scents and home essentials reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer simple, transparent shipping across the United States

Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48):

  • FREE Shipping on all orders over $75.
  • $6 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $75.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Shipping is calculated at checkout via metered rates from UPS, USPS, and FedEx based on package weight and destination. Please note that free shipping and flat-rate options do not apply to these locations.

Processing & Handling

  • Speed: Most orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
  • Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
  • Tracking: Once your order is handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Our Sustainable Packaging

We take great care in how we pack your candles. After experimenting with various paper products and other alternatives, we found they simply didn't provide enough protection, leading to broken candles and a poor experience for our customers.

To ensure your candles arrive safely, we use Biodegradable Shipping Peanuts. We chose these specifically because:

  • They are Sustainable: Made from natural plant starch like organic corn and potatoes.
  • They Dissolve in Water in seconds: You can simply run them under the tap in your sink and watch them disappear!
  • They are Reusable: You can save them for your own future shipments.
  • They Work: They provide the superior cushioning needed to keep our glass jars safe during transit.

Returns & Shipping Fees

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have an issue with your order, please note our standard guidelines:

  • Shipping Fees: In most cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Personalized Service: We know every situation is unique. Instead of a "one-size-fits-all" automated process, we assess every return or exchange case separately with our customers. This allows us to provide top-notch service and eliminate the typical "return hassle."

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@peacesake.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
