Peacesake Candles & Co. offers refunds on unburned and unused candles only. Email notification of request for refund must be sent to info@peacesake.com within 7 days of delivery. You may also request a refund by contacting us.

• Refunds are issued for the sale price of the product only (shipping not included)

• Refunds generally take between 5 to 7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account

• Customer has to pay the return shipping fees

• Carefully package your items and return to 8006 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD 20747 (Make sure to save your tracking number)

• Damaged returns will not be refunded
